The Regular Pharmacy Managers in all of our stores have a great deal of experience in pharmacy and developing patient relationships is their main key aim.
Main Services
- All our pharmacies operate a comprehensive prescription collection and delivery service. This involves ordering your repeat prescription on your behalf, taking these requests to the relevant surgeries, ensuring your repeat prescriptions are issued and taking them back to our pharmacies for dispensing.
- Our customers can then collect their prescriptions from our pharmacy or have it delivered if necessary.
- Our Pharmacies are an important part of our patients daily lives and we aim to make the whole process as simple as possible.
- An additional service recently introduced is a medication use review service (MUR). This is a free service that involves a one-to-one consultation with a pharmacist who will review your medication to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit out of your medication regime. Reviews last around 10 minutes and can be booked by appointment. Please telephone any of our pharmacies to take advantage of this excellent service.
- Our Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) service can help you quit smoking, using nicotine replacement methods, with the aim to get you to quit within 8 weeks.
- To help patients manage their medication regime, we operate a weekly medicines management service. This involves us preparing your medication on a weekly basis. We arrange your medication in easy to use containers for use at the appropriate times on the appropriate days, or as requested by your doctor. For patients (and their carers) on regular medication, this has proved to be an invaluable service. Please call any of our stores for further details.

Delivery Information
We have friendly delivery drivers to ensure your medication is delivered safely and promptly to your door.
Our policy is that you must be at home to receive medication. This ensures your medication does not go astray, or end up in the wrong hands.
When you receive your medication, please ensure they are safely stored and kept out of reach of children.
